Northern Property Finance Ltd is the brain child of our dedicated mortgage and protection advisor, Eddie Mackenzie. With over 30 years experience within the financial sector, Eddie delivers an outstanding wealth of knowledge and awareness of the current mortgage and protection market. Combining his years of experience and dedication, alongside a progressive and innovative market, Eddie is able to tailor advice to suit your requirements without forsaking our key principles.

With his expertise stemming from his commercial banking background within Lloyds Banking Group, Eddie formed Northern Property Finance Ltd in the summer of 2004. Hard work and determination with his wife Michelle by his side, Eddie created a platform for new and existing client relations.

This natural progression meant that Eddie could specialise within the mortgage and protection market, assisting clients in areas that really matter. Eddie is highly qualified in mortgage and protection advice and practice, equity release and lifetime mortgages and is a member of the Personal Finance Society.

The mortgage market is very different post 2008 and Northern Property Finance Ltd hold pride in their resilience to withstand those changes, developing the business’s robust work ethic and values alongside their motivation and determination.
